Plant Warranty

Pristine Lawn & Landscaping, LLC warranties and guarantees all work for six months, excluding annuals, lack of proper maintenance, and acts of God; the warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of six months for all installations. The warranty takes effect from the date Pristine Lawn & Landscaping, LLC submits the invoice for final payment, provided the Owner has paid Pristine Lawn & Landscaping, LLC in full for all work performed under this agreement. The warranty does not apply if the Customer is in default of this Agreement or to the effects of normal corrosion, erosion or wear and tear or against damage or deficiencies caused by the faulty operations or maintenance of the Customer, including the failure to properly maintain water or protect planting material.
